What is a Wallet in Blackcat?
A Wallet is a separate balance inside your Blackcat account. Euro (fiat) Wallets come with their own IBAN details; crypto Wallets have their own blockchain address. Each Wallet works independently for top-ups, payments, transfers, and rewards.
Is Blackcat card credit?
Yes, Blackcat cards are credit-grade cards. Meaning, that they are accepted at car rentals and other services requesting credit cards, however, there are no overdrafts or other credit-related products applied.
Does Blackcat support SEPA Instant transfers?
Yes. With SEPA Instant payments you can send and receive euro transfers within seconds, 24/7. If the recipient’s bank does not support SEPA Instant, your transfer will be processed automatically as a standard SEPA Credit payment and may take up to 1–3 business days.
Does Blackcat support crypto transfers?
Yes, you can make crypto transfers to other Blackcat users or to external wallets. Choose a crypto wallet in the app by swiping wallets the top of the app's main screen, select the recipient, and confirm the transaction.
In what currency is my dedicated IBAN account opened?
At the moment, all accounts are opened in euros. This means you receive a euro IBAN account, and you can use your card to pay or withdraw cash in other currencies.
What is the Blackcat Loyalty Program?
The program rewards you for everyday spending. By paying with your Blackcat card, you can earn cashback on purchases, and per annum reward on the balance.
What can I get cash back for?
You can earn cashback for shopping at Amazon, receive Google Play cashback or card transaction cashback when using your Blackcat card.
