Yes, Blackcat cards are credit-grade cards. Meaning, that they are accepted at car rentals and other services requesting credit cards, however, there are no overdrafts or other credit-related products applied.

You can issue Blackcat card in Family and Kids designs as well as general additional cards. All are tied to one account, and you can set daily or monthly limits for each card.

A virtual card is activated automatically once you register. If a plastic card is ordered, it must be activated manually in the app by tapping “Activate Card” and confirming with your app PIN code. For safety, only activate your plastic card once it has been delivered.

Yes, all our cards support contactless payments. You can make up to 5 consecutive transactions without entering a PIN, up to a total of €150. After that, insert the card into a terminal and confirm with your PIN to reset the limit.

Open the app, select the card screen from the bottom menu, and tap on the card image. If you have a plastic card, the details are printed on the front and back.

Yes, Blackcat supports True Name Mastercard feature, allowing you to display your preferred name on your card. Conditions apply.

The cost depends on your region and will be shown on the screen before you confirm the order. The amount is debited from your account automatically after ordering the card.

You can withdraw up to €5,000 per day and €10,000 per month. Limits apply to the entire account, meaning all cards linked to your account share the same limits.

3D Secure card payments are an additional level of security for online purchases. All Blackcat cards are enrolled by default. You confirm payments either through a push notification in the app or, if the app isn’t installed, by SMS.

The Blackcatcard payment card is linked to an IBAN account, and it's assigned wallet. Crypto addressed are linked to their own wallets, however, you can easily allocate balance between them.

You can get separate wallets for your crypto assets and cards with an IBAN account.

You can transfer balances from your crypto wallet to you fiat wallet with a card, converting digital assets to euros. When the funds are in your fiat account, you can use them for a card payment.
