What are SEPA transfers and which countries are supported?
A SEPA bank transfer is a euro payment within the Single Euro Payments Area made from and to an IBAN account. It covers all EEA countries, plus Andorra, the UK, Monaco, San Marino and Switzerland.
How long does a SEPA payment take?
SEPA Instant payments take seconds, and SEPA Credit transfers usually take up to 3 business days.
Can I send money to another Blackcat user?
Yes, you can use internal transfers by phone number or account details. Funds arrive instantly once confirmed, making it a simple alternative to a SEPA money transfer.
Does Blackcat support crypto transfers?
Yes, you can make crypto transfers to other Blackcat users or to external wallets. Choose a crypto wallet in the app by swiping wallets the top of the app's main screen, select the recipient, and confirm the transaction.
How fast are cryptocurrency transfers credited?
Internal transfers between Blackcat accounts are instant. For external wallets, the speed depends on blockchain confirmations. Some coins support almost instant crypto transfer, but others may take longer.
Does Blackcat support SEPA Instant transfers?
Yes. With SEPA instant payments you can send and receive euro transfers within seconds, 24/7. If the recipient’s bank does not support SEPA Instant, your transfer will be processed automatically as a standard SEPA Credit payment and may take up to 1–3 business days.
