Papaya Ltd
The licensed company: an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the MFSA in Malta, registration number C 55146. It issues the accounts and cards and is the party to your agreement
Fake offers, emails and calls are using the Papaya and Blackcat names. Papaya does not offer deposits, investment products, brokerage or crypto services, so anyone offering them in our name is not us
Three steps, about 60 seconds
Open the MFSA Financial Services Register and search for “Papaya”
Open the PAPAYA LTD entry and compare its Website field with your address bar
Bookmark the genuine site and always come back through that bookmark

Any one of these requests means you are dealing with a scammer
We never ask for your password, PIN, card security code, or a code from an SMS or the app
We never ask you to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar software
We never ask you to transfer funds to a “safe account”
We never cold-call you, message you privately on WhatsApp, Telegram or social media, or send “investment plans” promising returns
Act now, in this order
Contact your bank or payment provider and ask them to recall or block the payment. The sooner, the better
Report it to the police in your country
Email complaints@papaya.eu and info@papaya.eu
Ignore “lawyers” or “recovery services” that promise to get your money back
